Vitamin B Supplements Follow Up

Here is a link to the B-complex vitamin supplement I decided to purchase.  I will take this 2-3 times daily until my cut; then I will take it 4-5 times daily.  It doesn’t have enough B-6 and B-12 on its own, so I will also be taking an additional 300 mg of B-6 and 2000 mcg of B-12.  At least until I run out of the current B-12 tablets I have – I plan to up my B-12 intake as well.  My main motivation for going with this product was 1) the choline and inositol amount per serving, 2) it included enough B1,B2,B3, and PABA, and 3) it is very inexpensive per serving and it includes a high amount of the vitamins that Dr. Franco Columbu suggested I take.  If these amounts of Vitamin B worked for a Mr. Olympia winner, then his advice works for me!
