Diet Notes

Dietary goals are as follows:

40% carbs
40% protein
20% fat
3750 calories per day

I have changed my daily caloric goal from 3500 calories per day to 3750.  3500 seemed to be more of a maintenance goal after increasing cardiovascular exercises.  Currently, I don't mind gaining some weight slowly (as long as it's good weight!).  The competition is still 7 months away, and I will not need to cut weight for 4 more months at least.

It's also about time for another body fat test - the last test was done nearly a year ago and measured 9.4%.  I am expecting to be around 8.5% now, but will need to be closer to 6-7% by August.
