Body fat test today pre-workout revealed 8.08% (down from 12.9% 9 days ago). Increased leg volume, added leg workouts, increased cardio, and steady diet were all the reason per the BB who made these recommened changes. The test was also done twice each time, so there is no chance for error; I am psyched by the results. Now, since I have 7.5 weeks until the first show, I have to eat a little more and keep up the intensity, but not drop below 8%.... yet.
